Draft -1:
I Believe “Experience is the key-concept in Success and Failure “every person come across he word experience in a life. Failure or success it doesn’t matter experience is the experience. The person who was not satisfied the self-intention don’t have to bother about success, because the failure makes him to think about the ways which throw us into success, thus we called as experience. Indeed, person with experience will going to be have fruitful strength over the success.
Moreover, experience play a major role in success and failure. In successful persons, Experience pull them to the top position, more than expectation. However, coming to the failure person, just started how to learn about to reach the success with experience. Hence, there may be a different meaning to success and failure but experience is moving them to similar destiny. Literally and scientifically there were many words influencing the experience few of them were integrity, dedication, completeness, practice and intellectual thinking. The individual, who was started working with these qualities would meet the word experience in a short time. Thus, call as success while other as failure. On the other hand, some situations like doing an activity or work doesn’t need experience. Here knowledge and observation is essential.
Furthermore, we can explore words like Integrity, Dedication, Practice and Intellectual thinking changing experience strength. When started of doing an activity, get aware what that meant and how have to complete.in between, this process we come across above following things as intellectual thinking: meant to think with brain with logically integrity meant to complete the work with honesty: Dedication meant for commitment on work: Practice meant keeping on doing the same activity or work regularly makes sense :Completeness meant to close the work with desired result and finally, have to complete work or activity with desired result. Therefore, when we follow above things sequentially then called as experienced person.
For instance, two chefs at restaurant have same old and know how to cook a dish. At one day the owner of the restaurant conducted a competition between the chefs by saying have to finish cooking a dish in 1 hour. Here, only few of them finished dish within the time limit others not. Why others have not completed the dish within the time? Because they have no experience on making a dish means they lack above things as said described in before paragraph, thus called them as failure. In contrary, who have finished within the time got experience on this work, hence as success.
Therefore, I can say that experience is good medicine that we face during any activity to get over success.in contrast, Experience is the stepping stone to failure person to obligate success.

But, some people won’t believe on experiences or failures. I won’t understand why they aren’t believe? But I like to be experienced. Because when we gaze over the great scientists they are all grown-up from normal person to scientists with only added experiences. For example “Thomas Edison” invented “Light Bulb” through multiple experiences and failures.

Only one of them finished the dish within the time limit. The other did not. Why did one not complete the dish within the time? In contrary, who have finished within the time also gained experience on this work, called as success!
Therefore, I can say that experience is good medicine that we face during any activity to get over success. In contrast, failure and experience is the stepping stone for the person to obligate success.

I guess, everyone once in a life got failed in the small or big work, but mostly the coward people will fall into depression and taught themselves that I was the person always got failed in every new step and never will be succeed in life! For those people Thomas Edison’s life was good inspiration.
While we gaze over the great scientists they are all turned into scientists with added experiences. For example, “Thomas Edison” invented the Light Bulb through multiple experiences and failures. Firstly, while he was in school continuously his teachers said he was “too stupid to learn anything” secondly, in employment he was fired from his first two jobs for being “non-productive” Thirdly, as an inventor Edison made 1000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing bulb. When a reporter asked, “how did it feel to fail 1000 times?” Edison replied “I didn’t fail 1000 times. The light bulb was an invention with 1000 steps.” Even for his biggest failures he didn’t spend a lot of time wringing his hands and saying ‘oh my god’ we spent a fortune on that. He said, we had fun spending it. (htt1)Even though he failed in his multiple attempts, he didn’t give up and continued to follow up until he succeeded. Therefore, I can say that experience is good medicine that we face during any activity to get over success. Failures and experiences are the stepping stones for the person to obligate success. “Don’t give up keep on trying still you got succeed”.

Profile Essay – Process & Progress
DRAFT1:
I believe that all are familiar with “CANADIAN NATIONAL TOWER.” This is the world tallest freestanding structure and world’s tallest tower at the time. The C N tower is a 553.33 m-high concrete communications and observation tower, Toronto. This is one of the mostly visited tourists place around 2 million people and the holiday place for the local people. There are now six glass-fronted, high-speed elevators. They travel at a rate of 22 km/hour. It takes only 58 seconds to reach 346m. Speed of elevators: 6 meters/second with the slow speed of elevators: 1.5 metes/second.
While I visited the C N TOWER, I was wandering with my eyes over the tower by looking upon it from top to bottom. I have figured the person who was seriously looking over his phone. He has being visited many times to this tower and this was his tenth visit. Then I tried to pull out interesting elements about the C N tower with my questions. He has started with loving expressions over his face as telling this is the National icon, engineering Wonder; the C N Tower is Toronto’s “must-see”. Rocket to the top makes everyone thrilled. The ride took around 58-seconds aboard the glass-fronted elevators. The spectacular views from four observation areas include Lookout, the world famous Glass Floor and Outdoor Sky Terrace and Sky Pod, the highest .Everyone can experience the thrilling Edge Walk, the World’s Highest Outdoor Walk on a Building during his course of action I observed him that some glow is reflecting from eyes with smile on face. In addition, at this moment he seemed to be that has been visualizing the moments that he enjoyed in past.
By looking over his face, I really felt enthusiastic, excited and interested to know about the restaurants and style of food that I get to eat. Instantly dragged him into my follow up question asking May I know about the food and restaurants and food they offer? He started after taking few seconds pause that yes, if you are hungry, plan to eat at the revolving restaurant at the top of the tower. Because, the restaurants include award-winning Canadian cuisine and breathtaking revolving views at 360 Restaurant. One dominate aspect about 360-degree restaurant floor was it rotates once every 72 minutes allowing everyone a complete and unobstructed view of the city below.
In fact, he has given the additional information that seems like he letting me knew about how this towered special to the Canadian events. C N Tower acts as a bellwether for significant global events and Canadian celebrations. The tower was recently lit up in royal purple to celebrate the Queen’s 90th birthday, which happened to coincide with the death of “Purple Rain” singer Prince.

After taking a ticket, I have to wait for one hour for the next group. To make the hour pass quicker I wandered around physically and with my eyes. At random glimpse, I have figured I’d approach the person who was enjoying the music through his headphones at the cafe. He looked like a nice man from my own perspective. I remember he had brown hair and a peaceful face. First, I greeted him “hello” and I asked if this was his first visit. No, he said promptly, “I have visited the tower twice” and this was his third visit. I tried to start a conversation by asking about his favorite element that makes him visit the CN tower again. He has started with loving expressions over his face while saying, “My favorite part [is] probably the see-through glass floors that you can step on, sit down, or lay on. You get to see how high you actually are and that is both scary and awesome!” Additionally, the only regret he has is that he did not go later in the day while the sun was setting, because he was sure it would be quite some image. He showed me some pictures of the life-size statues of a bear and moose that he had taken pictures with. I recalled seeing them near the gift shop.
I really felt enthusiastic, excited, and interested to know his experience in the anticipated 360-restaurant. He commented, “The 360- restaurant is inside the tower with a view of the city in every direction you look because it rotates every 72 minutes. Everything looks very small from the top of the tower, it feels like I am eating and I’m floating in the air, it is very magical.” The CN Tower acts as a bellwether for significant global events and Canadian celebrations. In addition, I can tell this as a fantastic holiday place, because the view of the city from the top of tower looks like very small before our eyes alike “Lilliput before the Gulliver.” Everyone can enjoy his or her food in between the sky and the earth this is an awesome feeling on the top of tower. During lifting up in the escalator from the ground floor, we can look down over people around the tower through the glass floor alike “Gulliver looking upon the Lilliput,” and through sides of escalator we can texture the sky is our terrace. While walking towards the edge of the tower i.e… Sky pod, we feel like, we are walking without the base support alike “magicians walk in the air.” we feel like that we have wings of Course “bird,” because wind blows in very high speed and sense like flying in the air.
Often people spend their weekend visit in the places like parks and clubs. However, the CN tower is different because it brings you to a new point of view. Somewhere he can hardly ever see anywhere else. It makes such a huge city seem so very small and it feels like you’re on top of it being in the CN Tower.

Weekly Blog Posts – Two Exemplars – Process & Progress
Writing is Rewriting:
“True writing is rewriting” article was an amazing, never ever had read this type of article. Truly I strongly connected to each of three aspects what he explained!! As I knew that I am poor in writing but I have improved my way of writing skills from draft to draft as by doing rewriting from word to word. At this moment my feeling was like I often showing a very passion towards the writing about anything which came to mind. I think might be the weekly writing blogs changes my attitude towards writing.
At my point, writing meant to be an outline existed in mind and which I keep on the paper with pen. At first start, this was just seems like story outline of film but during making film they will plan about appropriate sets where have to shoot, what lyrics has to be write and fighting shoots. Likewise during writing we put the whole thing literally, this may consists non relevant ideas and extra lines. After making a film the editing will be did in which the non-sick or extra scenes would deleted also with the added graphics and good picture quality. Alike, rewriting an outline should distinct this into objective, view, inspired ideas, logical link from one to next paragraph and if we want to stuck the readers to writing can also add motivational real life examples. In fact, each writer should rewrite every sentence during course of action because this habit improves way of writing and also build new ideas according to outline of story.
CLAIM BLOG:
This is my last blog in this semester. Unbelievable!! This blog is really a fascinating.
At 8.00am class is very disgusting class compared to other schedule classes, because often people at this time feels sleepy – at this state the mind doesn’t cooperate with us that means it is not in complete conscious to the surroundings, also we rush to college without having breakfast. If we feel asleep in the class, there is no use of attending the lecture also have chances to dislike the lecture and subject as mind won’t allow to understand the subject, leads to bad impression on lecture and subject as well. We can’t focus clearly on the subject although won’t we feel asleep, If we get to the college with empty stomach. Additionally we can also feel headache. Mainly during winter season it’s very hard to get the college at early morning, because the roads are fully blocked with snow and students are not capable to tolerate the freezing temperature. So, The Classes beginning at 8:00 am should be banned at the Fleming College. The college has to set the schedule in favour to the students not according to their availability. Even the college have to think about the winter days because here the often snowfall occurs and students who have medical problems would feel very difficult to come out of home likely the asthmatic students (face breathing problems). In my opinion they have to keep voting system before organizing schedule based on the majority have to take decision whether to take classes at 8.00 am or not.
PURSASIVE REFLECTION:
Writing is very important part in everyone’s life, even if nyone agrees or not it does not matter. I believe that “writing should improve only by Rewriting”. While I was in India, I was not actually good in general writing like this blogs and draft I even do not know about all this stuff, but in the college at Canada it really matters, one of the course in my program as well. When stating my first blog I felt panic; however, I have improved myself from blog to blog. In reality, the blog writing is different from the draft writing. Usually in the reading blog, I was supposed to write about the reading like summary or opinion of the reading also depends upon the perspective of professor like in what way he has asked to write. In the first blog, I did not figured out all those but I have gradually known from blog to blog.
In fact, I was poor in the writing at the start of first draft, but my professor and friend’s genuine feedback helped me to improve it well. In the first draft of “This I Believe” I have written about what I believe about my point as how experiences plays a major role in the success. In that, I have missed the proper format like engaging from one paragraph to the other, but my friend feedback helped me to correct in proper path, made sentence corrections as well. I have updated the second draft with corrections based on the feedback. Then my professor reviewed the second draft. I have surprised by looking at the feedback, but after making the corrections basing on his feedback, really makes sense.
Coming to the Profile Draft “CN Tower” it is really a different piece of writing about the place that I recently visited and should interview someone about this as I supposed to take interviewer opinion or feeling about that place. I have to keep the information that collected from interviewer, my opinion about the holiday place, and could slog the readers into the perspective of place as well that means I should make them thrilled, excited, and unique about this place compared to other holiday places with my writing. One of my classmate has given a good feedback. She has highlighted cleverly the mistakes what I did in the first draft like “Talk about where he was standing or how you met him. By doing so it will give me, a better image in my head about how this whole interview played out”. Then, I came up all those corrections in the second draft. My professor reviewed the second draft. His feedback Think about what exactly you are hoping to convey about the CN Tower. What perspective or impression are you hoping to offer your readers? I didn’t wrote how to drag the readers to one perspective of the place like why people have to visit this place instead of other places means what’s the special about this place. Eventually I came up all those corrections in the final profile draft.
I want to end up this by conclusion, as rewriting truly brings the perfection in my writing, A little bit I have to improve in lot of areas myself like in what I came up, correction of the sentences, connection between the paragraphs, in what perspective I want to drag the reader’s attention, how I have to use creative writing. Then I would get perfection of all those only by rewriting a writing at several times.
